Do you service my area?

If you live in Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky and within the 275 loop then we have you covered!  If you are close to an exit outside of 275 then you are probably still good.  If you live further away, please shoot us an email with your address and we will let you know!  [email protected]

 

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We price by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your house.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

You betcha.  Our cleaning crews will come out fully prepared to make your home sparkle.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can select additional options while you are booking a cleaning.  If there is something you want that is not listed, just respond to your confirmation email and we take care of it from there.

How do I change my address?

If for some reason you need to change the address provided then please email us back from the confirmation email.  If you lost the confirmation email then give us a call at 513-642-9437.

How do I change my credit card?

To change your credit card, please give us a call at 513 642 9437.

How do I book my first appointment?

This part is easy.  Just head to our booking page and fill out the form.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email us.  [email protected]

Can I trust my Cincinnati Cleaning Crew professional cleaner?

Of Course! We do not just let anyone become a member of the Cincinnati Cleaning Crew.  All cleaners are interviewed and referenced checked.  Our crew is made up of only the best!

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong, please contact us right away.  Our goal is to make your life easier.  We will do whatever it takes to correct any issues that come up.  Immediately call (513) 642-9337.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

The booking page is secured by ssl.  We also link up with stripe which has its own security.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not happy with your clean then we will send the crew back within 24 hours of your complaint (you must let us know that you are unhappy with our work within 3 days of your clean.)  IF you are still not happy after the crew comes back then we will give you a refund.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with our work we will come back to your house to make it right.  Just let us know within 3 days of the cleaning.  If we come back and you are still unsatisfied then we will give you a refund.
